Running Group FTW

One awesome run with my running group this morning–5 am start, 40 glorious degrees, and 4 miles in 38 minutes. It’s the fastest we’ve run as a group to date!

I’m not nuts about running in the dark–I can’t wait to see the sun come up over the mountains. Only about 6 more weeks and it will be light enough to see the sun start rising at the tail end of our runs. Until then, I’ll enjoy my post-run hour of darkness and delicious coffee time with this:

    1. It is fabulous–well worth 35 calories!

  3. I bow down to anyone who does a 5am run!!!
