One of the girls in my running group updated her status after our run (this is paraphrased): “Awesome 6.5 mile to run Hospital Hill! And Figure 8! Boxcar!”
::whispers:: I had to ask what all those terms meant. They are all fancy names for hills.
My interpretation of our run was more along the lines of “We ran up a hill! And a steep hill! And a never-ending long hill! And had a boxcar (that’s right, a variation of the popular drink of the 1940s*)! Whee!
But check out that sunrise!
*I have no idea when sidecars were a popular drink.
