I just bought yet another Now That’s What I Call Music album. I love them, and I love the random ones that pop up on iTunes for 6.99.
Last week I managed to pick up Now That’s What I Call Music 52. It heavily influenced this playlist. We rocked out to it Wednesday night for a set of all super hills. I kept telling the class “your quads will thank you!”

Hoping to do a niceong run sunday as i had to skip today but dont know if i can. Somethings up with my body and im crazt run down, feeling off and my hamstring is strained again. Ive been a mess about it all day. I have very little wiggle room with my large goal this year 😢

I owe a huge thank you to the Lululemon store–i went to one of their complimentary yoga classes and am so happy to have found a Great class that begins only a half hour after spin is done. Just enough time to grab a cuppa coffee and get to the yoga studio–and all of this by 9:30 AM. I love it!
Be kind to yourself! It sucks to feel off–that’s when i tend to get overwhelmed. I hope yor hamstring feels better soon.
