Hello! It’s been a while!
This morning I had the pleasure of subbing not one but two spin classes in a row. Class number 1 was one of my new favorite lineups (and one of the easiest to coach).
Intro–9-5
Warm up–Do You Remember? and Raise Your Glass
From there it jumps to a 4 song loop:
Song 1: standing fast hill
Song 2: seated hill in a high gear
Song 3: Tabata
A 60 minute class accommodates 3 rounds of this 4 step loop (plus warm up and cool down). Easy to lead, easy to follow, and tough when you mix in some jumps and RPM pickups.
