My Fitness Pal shamed me into running today, all so I could enjoy this:
40 minutes of running, about a 9:15 pace. Not bad at all.

My fitness pal…or my fitness foe?
It’s not really a surprise to me that my diet sucks, but seeing it written down with the harsh calorie counts glaring me in face stings. I have never tracked my food before, and I’ve discovered two things so far: 1) I eat a lot of cheese and 2) I eat a lot of carbs.
I wonder if tracking my diet will be helpful or turn me into a competitive monster. Right now, I feel like a failure. However, I’m not discouraged. So here we go!
