My legs have finally recovered.

My poor, poor, out of shape legs.

Monday, before spinning, I decided to do a quick circuit (25 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 gravediggers) to warm up. I misinterpreted my body’s ability to squat.

No gym for me all week. Friday, after the best of intentions to get to spinning on time (and driving to the gym at 5 am only to realize that all the bikes were full), I ended up running 6 miles instead. Still freaking hurt.

But today! Glorious today! Finally!

And this is my view:

And I have this!

Minneapolis, here I come for a weekend with some of my favorite people. Words cannot express how excited I am to head to the upper Midwest during my favorite, favorite, favorite time of the year. I don’t think I’ve been up there since 2002.

Holy hell, that’s 10 years.

Regrettably, the husband and the puppy are back home. Due to the Packer’s loss on Monday night, Miso is all decked out for a Sunday Funday with her papa. Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos

I’m not amused.
