My poor, poor, out of shape legs.
Monday, before spinning, I decided to do a quick circuit (25 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 gravediggers) to warm up. I misinterpreted my body’s ability to squat.
No gym for me all week. Friday, after the best of intentions to get to spinning on time (and driving to the gym at 5 am only to realize that all the bikes were full), I ended up running 6 miles instead. Still freaking hurt.
But today! Glorious today! Finally!

Minneapolis, here I come for a weekend with some of my favorite people. Words cannot express how excited I am to head to the upper Midwest during my favorite, favorite, favorite time of the year. I don’t think I’ve been up there since 2002.
Holy hell, that’s 10 years.
I’m not amused.
